Me and my boyfriend traveled through Bolivia and it was amazing! The hop on hop off service was intriguing so we decided to try it out and we couldn’t be happier. Bolivia Hop and their staff made the trip wonderful and helped out throughout the whole journey, crossing the border, language barrier and always went out their way to make sure everything was alright. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I traveled with Bolivia Hop late last month from La Paz to Cusco and I had a really pleasant experience. I had been searching lonline forums looking for the best and least stressful ways to cross the border from Bolivia to Bolivia and came across Bolivia Hop. To their credit, they took almost all of the hassle out of the entire process which was a great help as I don’t have much Spanish and wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own. Our guide Walter was very helpful too in that regard as he spoke fluent English and was happy to help any passengers with whatever issues they were having. Would definitely recommend for any traveler of South America

Bolivia Hop is a great way to explore Bolivia. You can plan a trip quickly with the website, which was an excellent option for us since we did not have much time to plan a trip and had a tight schedule. Everything is well organized. Once they pick you up from a hotel, then you are in good hands. We had three excellent and very friendly guides Ricardo, Johny, and Elvio. They all spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. They helped people to book accommodations and tours while in the bus, explained details and answered questions. Another thing that I liked is their meal organization. To reduce waiting time, we were ordering food while in the bus. So that by the time we stop at the restaurant, all the meals are ready. This is very good organization!I must admit, I was a bit sceptical about the bus. We typically fly, rent a car, and go. I do not even recall when I took a bus last time prior to the trip. But I am not disappointed, and, in fact, very happy with our decision. Another important thing is that we decided to do this trip with our two-year old daughter. She was absolutely fine. She had her seat and so was able to lay down and sleep well when she needed. We also downloaded 15 hours of cartoons to the phone and brought a phone clamp with a gooseneck holder. So that she had entertainment during the longer rides. Our friends asked, “are you going to bring a bag of diapers?” For those who have this type of concerns, there are a lot of babies in Bolivia and you can buy diapers in any amount (from one to a box) in any pharmacy. There were two overnight bus rides. Again, it went pretty well. She slept much better than adults because she could lay flat. Overall, I can say that, despite the majority of travellers are in their early twenties, Bolivia Hop can be considered baby friendly. You (parents) just need to be prepared.We had an incident in Paracas. We suspected that our 2-year old had a joint dislocation or something similar with her hand. It turned out that everything was OK. Nevertheless, we had such a great support from our guides, especially from Ricardo. He organized a car with a driver, who drove us to the nearest city to see a doctor (special thanks for Jose for providing his car with the driver). They were even ready to provide urgent transport to go from Paracas to Lima in the middle of the night if the situation would become more serious. As I said, it turned out that everything was fine and we went to a boat tour to see the islands in the morning after our midnight hospital tour.Again, many thanks to Ricardo, Johny, and Elvio! We had a great time!
